I can get it started no problem when choke is half way or full open. I can help and will be here for a while but on the inside of the bowl there is no screw with a spring.Recently purchased a 1984 Honda ATC 200s. Remove the vacuum gauge from the vacuum port, reattach the vacuum hose and shut off the 2-cycle outboard motor. Check the idle stop screw next to the choke and verify it is still running about 600 rpm. Is this normal?
